James Island home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in James Island rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in James Island in the fourth quarter of 2018.
