Seabrook Island home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Seabrook Island fell by $110,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 28.2% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Seabrook Island in the fourth quarter of 2018.
