Ponderosa home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Ponderosa rose by $60,650 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 33.4% increase over the $181,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ponderosa in the fourth quarter of 2018.
