Long Branch Estates home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Long Branch Estates fell by $103,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 35.6% decrease over the $291,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for 2019 was $1,144. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,103. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.6%.
