McClellanville home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in McClellanville rose by $422,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 185.2% increase over the $227,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in McClellanville in October 2018.

The median sales tax in McClellanville for 2019 was $980. In 2018, the median sales tax was $940. This marks an increase of 4.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.2%.
