Isle of Palms home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Isle of Palms fell by $160,500 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $603,000 - a 21% decrease over the $763,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Isle of Palms in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for 2019 was $6,302. In 2018, the median sales tax was $6,073. This marks an increase of 3.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
