McClellanville home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in McClellanville rose by $180,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,500 - a 57.6% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in McClellanville in December 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in McClellanville for 2019 was $980. In 2018, the median sales tax was $940. This marks an increase of 4.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.2%.
