Isle of Palms home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Isle of Palms fell by $110,625 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $766,875 - a 12.6% decrease over the $877,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Isle of Palms in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
