The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Folly Beach rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $717,500 - a 6.7% increase over the $672,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Folly Beach in January 2019.
