Mount Pleasant home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Mount Pleasant fell by $88,364 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $411,636 - a 17.7% decrease over the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
