Isle of Palms home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Isle of Palms rose by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $840,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $735,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Isle of Palms in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
