Isle of Palms home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Isle of Palms fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 249 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 4% decrease over the $703,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 260 homes sold in Isle of Palms in 2016.
