Mount Pleasant home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $27,250 while total sales decreased by 23.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 1,704 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,250 - a 7.1% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 2,218 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in 2016.
