Laurel Park home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Laurel Park fell by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $321,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Laurel Park in 2016.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,340, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2017.
