Chesterfield home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Chesterfield fell by $34,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $289,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Chesterfield in 2016, as well.
