Church Creek home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Church Creek rose by $8,300 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 4% increase over the $206,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Church Creek in 2016.
