Plantation Estates home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Plantation Estates rose by $23,450 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,450 - a 12.7% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Plantation Estates in 2016.
