Melrose home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Melrose fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 17.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Melrose in 2016.
