North Charleston home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in North Charleston rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 942 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,950 - a 10.8% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,245 homes sold in North Charleston in 2016.
