Castlewood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Castlewood rose by $88,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 95.7% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Castlewood in 2016.
