Riverland Terrace home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Riverland Terrace fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $306,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the first half of 2016.
