Laurel Park home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Laurel Park fell by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $318,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Laurel Park in the first half of 2016.
