Long Branch Estates home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Long Branch Estates rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the first half of 2016.
