Fenwick Hills home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Fenwick Hills rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fenwick Hills in the first half of 2016.
