Summerville home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Summerville rose by $8,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,250 - a 4.5% increase over the $179,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Summerville in the first half of 2016.
