Castlewood home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Castlewood rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 65.1% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Castlewood in the first half of 2016.
