Adams Run home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Adams Run fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 51.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Adams Run in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2017.
