Ladson home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Ladson rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,500 - a 11.7% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Ladson in the first half of 2016.
