Ashley Forest home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ashley Forest rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Ashley Forest in the second half of 2016.
