Landsdowne home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Landsdowne rose by $29,100 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Landsdowne in the second half of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Landsdowne for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,139, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
