McClellanville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in McClellanville rose by $40,290 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $266,711 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in McClellanville in the second half of 2016.
