Laurel Park home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Laurel Park fell by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,500 - a 13.9% decrease over the $322,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Laurel Park in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,340, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
