Whitehall Terrace home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Whitehall Terrace fell by $64,950 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,050 - a 19.3% decrease over the $337,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Whitehall Terrace in the second half of 2016.
