Hollywood home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hollywood fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Hollywood in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
