Church Creek home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Church Creek fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Church Creek in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Church Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $957, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
