Lincolnville home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lincolnville fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincolnville in the second half of 2016.
