Ravenel home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ravenel fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 29.1% decrease over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Ravenel in the second half of 2016.
