Landsdowne home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Landsdowne fell by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,250 - a 2.7% decrease over the $289,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Landsdowne in the second half of 2017.
