Riverland Terrace home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Riverland Terrace fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,750 - a 0.2% decrease over the $266,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Riverland Terrace for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,632, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
