McClellanville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in McClellanville rose by $130,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 97% increase over the $134,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in McClellanville in the first quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in McClellanville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $864, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
