Fenwick Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Fenwick Hills fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 3.8% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fenwick Hills in the first quarter of 2016.
