Church Creek home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Church Creek fell by $14,200 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $206,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Church Creek in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Church Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $957, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
