Riverland Terrace home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Riverland Terrace fell by $68,700 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 17.4% decrease over the $393,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the second quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Riverland Terrace for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,632, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
