Meggett home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Meggett fell by $78,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Meggett in the second quarter of 2016.
