Capri Isles home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Capri Isles rose by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 1.2% increase over the $264,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Capri Isles in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Capri Isles for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,797, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
