Long Branch Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Long Branch Estates rose by $29,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 13.2% increase over the $223,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the second quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,047, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
