Laurel Park home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Laurel Park fell by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 21.7% decrease over the $322,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Laurel Park in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,340, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
