Fenwick Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Fenwick Hills rose by $54,400 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,900 - a 30.1% increase over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fenwick Hills in the second quarter of 2016.
