Summerville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Summerville rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Summerville in the second quarter of 2016.
