Plantation Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Plantation Estates rose by $18,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Plantation Estates in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
